Microsoft Outlook XP/2003
This page describes how to configure Microsoft Outlook XP to access your POP email box. These instructions also work in Outlook 2003.

1. Select E-mail Accounts... from the Tools pull-down menu.

2.You will be given a screen like this. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

3. On this screen select POP3 and then click Next.

4. On this screen, fill in the fields as indicated below:

• Your Name: Your name
• E-mail address: address@yourdomain.com
• Incoming Mail: mail.yourdomain.com
• Outgoing Mail: mail.yourdomain.com
• User name: youraddress@yourdomain.com
• Password: your password.

5. Click on More Settings... and make sure your sceen matches the one below.

6. Click on OK, then click on Next and then click on Finish and your Outlook will be configured.
