Throughput
Each web hosting account has a service charge for a predetermined amount of data transfer included in the standard monthly fee. Data transfer is defined as any item (graphic, sound, html, or file) that is delivered from your account on the web server to a visitor through your web pages. Our data transfer quotas are placed on accounts to ensure quality service for all web hosting clients. You can purchase additional bandwidth (data transfer) separately or by upgrading to a higher account.

actual HTML file size = 10Kb

Total web page size = 50Kb

Each time this page is called by a web browser 50K of the data transfer quota is used. If this were a WE win HP2 account, with a quota of 4 GB of data transfer, this page would have to be called from the web 80,000 times in the month to reach its quota.
